Hi, I’m Neena Saith, a mind/body practitioner based in the New Forest,

In the UK, 74% of people have felt so stressed they have been overwhelmed or unable to cope. Stress impacts behaviours, habits, relationships, physical health and pretty much every corner of life. The effects of stress and trauma don’t end when the experience is over. Often we have to suppress the emotions to get through certain situations and these unprocessed emotions cause havoc to the mind and body. Studies have shown that early life stressors are not only linked to increased risk of anxiety, depression and other mental/emotional health issues but it’s also linked to inflammation, chronic pain and disease in later life. The mind-body connection is real!

The current approach to healthcare is failing many people because it often does not reach the roots of the problems faced. I suspect you are reading this because you believe there must be a way to stop your suffering. I’m pleased to say there is.

A fresh approach to healing

I approach healing from the bottom-up, using a combination of trauma informed mind-body therapies that address the root cause of the symptoms being experienced. This helps you to find a long-term solution that is already within you.

Working with your body’s natural intelligence we can work together to resolve:

  • Chronic Stress, overwhelm and feelings of being stuck

  • Anxiety and panic attacks

  • Feeling very low, unable to ‘feel’ emotions or diagnosed depression

  • Overwhelming emotions such as grief, guilt, sadness, anger etc

  • Unhelpful behaviours such as people-pleasing and limiting beliefs

  • Shifting repetitive negative patterns that play out in relationships, money, eating, etc

  • Chronic fatigue

  • Physical conditions such as: headaches; migraines; neck/shoulder pain; backache; IBS; reflux; low energy/fatigue

    And help with symptoms related to life-event such as bereavement, trauma and PTSD

Many of these symptoms can be the result of undigested emotions caused by stressful events through life.
